What is English Beer Yeast?

Gervin GV12 is formulated to produce exceptional results with rapid fermentation for most beer recipes. It is a workhorse that flocculates and settles firmly, ideal for bottle-conditioning beers.
This product produces exceptional results with quick fermentation, a good choice for producing English-style beers. 

Ferments at ambient room temperatures, 15-25c.

What is the alcohol tolerance of Gervin yeast?
Gervin GV4 High Alcohol is a low foaming, tolerant high alcohol wine yeast that is speedy acting and will produce alcohol up to 21% ABV given adequate nutrient levels. 
This 5gm sachet is enough for 40 pints (23 Litres).

How do you use Gervin yeast?
The 5gm sachet is sufficient for up to 23 litres - sprinkle the contents of the sachet onto the surface of your brew or mix in a glass with some of your brew, then
cover the glass with a clean plate and leave for 15-20 minutes. Before you empty the mixture in your glass into your brew, we recommend vigorously stirring your wine.
