Brew Mart is pleased to announce we can provide around the clock service, through our website and store. From Monday 15th June our shop will be open to customers following government guidelines during the week from 13:00 hours, Saturdays 9.30 - 5.30.
National issues with the supply chain brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic and a continued increase in demand may result in many products being out of stock.
Our suppliers are doing their best to provide regular deliveries to replenish our stock.
Brew Mart aim to dispatch the majority of in-stock orders within 24-48 hours, however some orders may take longer.
If the delays prove to be significant, we will contact you as best we can.
Unfortunately we can't guarantee any timings at this time.
Please bare with us as everyone is doing their best to get your orders to you as fast as possible while continuing to follow government guidance.

Terms & Conditions


Under UK Law, sold items remain the property of Brew Mart until they are paid for in full.
When an order is received, and it is confirmed, this indicates that your request has been received. It does in no way establish that a contract exists between you and Brew Mart.
We can refuse to fulfil your order if we suspect any offence has or may take place by fulfilling the order.
We indicate acceptance of your order when we dispatch your goods. At this point, the contract is accepted by us.


We try to keep our stock information on our website up to date. However, there may be times, through circumstances beyond our control, that items become unavailable.
If this occurs, we will notify you by phone or email with an expected delivery date or an offer of a suitable alternative.


The prices on our website are in £ (pounds) sterling and include VAT where applicable.
If in the unlikely event, we make a mistake in our pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a product for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse any order in part or in full, should you choose not to accept the correct price or an alternative item.


We thoroughly check all items before despatch and endeavour to ensure that your order is perfect before it reaches you.

In the event of an item being damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, giving precise details of the damage.
Failure to do so may mean your claim is not upheld as we only have 24 hours after delivery to claim from the carrier.
There is an excess of £50 on the courier's damage insurance.


If you find any of the items of your order missing, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can correct our mistake.


If you decide that you placed your order in error, you wish to cancel your order, or you have changed your mind you must notify us within seven days of receiving the goods.
Any items ordered may be returned to us at your expense within 10 days from the date that you contacted us.

Please note: We are only able to refund the cost of the goods minus any postage we initially paid. 

If you return only part of the order, we will only refund the value of the goods returned.
We recommend that you use a tracked secure service for any returns as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage during any return transit.


We are unable to offer refunds on any item that has been made to order or personalised unless it is faulty.
This is by UK law, and your statutory rights are not affected.
