Yeast nutrient

 

 

 

  • Pour the boiling water over the berries and let them stand for four days.
  • Add the sugar, wine concentrate, citric acid, and wheat and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the wine yeast and yeast nutrient.
  • Leave to ferment for 16 days, closely covered.
  • Strain into a fermenting jar (Demi JOHN) and fit an airlock.
  • When it clears, siphon into bottles, caulking lightly at first.
