- Chop the fruit.
- Boil 2 litres of water, stir in half the sugar, and then add 1 litre of cold water.
- Leave until cool, then add the remaining ingredients.
- Cover closely and leave in a warm place.
- After three days, strain it into a fermentation jar (Demi JOHN) and top up to the bottom of the neck with cold water.
- Fit an airlock and continue as usual.
