  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Add a good quality wine yeast.
  • Set aside in a warm place between 17 and 21°C to ferment.
  • Cover closely for at least 30 days, stirring once a day.
  • Siphon off and 30 days later rack off again, it will then be ready to drink.
