Bramble Tip Wine

1 teaspoon

Grape Tannin

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

Water

Wine Yeast

 

 

 

Yeast Nutrient

 

 

 

  • Place the tips in a bucket and cover them with boiling water.
  • Leave this to stand overnight, then boil and simmer gently for a quarter of an hour.
  • Strain onto the sugar, and allow to cool
  • Add the yeast when it has cooled
  • Keep closely covered in a warm place for 10 days
  • Pour into fermentation jar and fit an airlock leave until wine clears.
  • Siphon off and bottle.
